Client Centre Executive

  • List of customer provided(Make customer to lend the loan from the bank)
  • Products: CCDL, Credit Card Loan, Ez pay, Short team loan
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and drive clients.
  • Work with the operations team (where needed) to ensure that client requests are fulfilled.
  • Develop a deep understanding of various products offered and process as relevant
  • Collect Client information as needed to serve clients and close sales and follow through according to the verification matrix.
  • Ensure prompt and timely call backs are made to clients as committed.

Job Requirement

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Training provided
  • Holiday follow SG(will earn Replacement Leave)
  • Interview session: role play
