The B2C Fast Muslimah Modest Wear Fashion


You will be guided by your senior starting the day-one you joining the team, exploring our ongoing ads structure and marketing funnel.

She will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

You will be involved into various internal sharing session about latest market trending and technologies. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage online stores (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) including basic setup of keyword ads, marketing tools
  • To plan on Online Marketing Strategies & tactical implementation of campaigns; profitability, effectiveness and improve online sales
  • Leverage on data to target users more effectively to track engagement with brands (clicks, add to carts, purchase conversion)
  • To negotiate & dealing with online marketplace person in charge
  • Participate in various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
  • Develop marketing plan for all social media platform
  • Preparing and presenting performance report or market analysis to Management or brands
  • To work with brand(s) in term of reporting and product changes with proper understanding on the brand's perspective
  • To produce products' sales forecast with the understanding of all numbers relating to online marketplaces, know how each numbers or actions taken affecting the other numbers or metrics
  • Responsible for the P&L of the online stores

Job Requirement

  • Required languages: Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Equipped with basic understanding about microeconomics theory (demand, supply and price)
  • Strong DATA ANALYTICS skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good presentation skill
  • CREATIVE
  • Passionate in the fashion and retail industry

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
