Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing meeting schedules, appointments & travel arrangements for General Manager.
  • Assist in taking minutes, preparing reports & meeting materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients & other external partners.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements:

  • PSC / Cert / Diploma in Business Admin or related disciplines.

Fresh Graduates OR 1 year of PA/Secretarial/Admin experience in any industry.

  • Good command in
    English (both written & spoken). Proficient in
    Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Smart, detailed, organized with high sense of urgency
  • Permanent vacancy based in Petaling Jaya.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
