**Keperluan Kerja / Penerangan Kerja**

1. Kenal pasti dan bertindak balas mengikut simptom, penggera dan/atau kod ralat.

2. Menyelenggara peralatan seperti yang diperakui daripada kelas operasi, penyelenggaraan dan penyelesaian masalah.

3. Mengambil bahagian sebagai pakar dalam pelaksanaan penambahbaikan peralatan, jika berkenaan.

4. Menunjukkan kecekapan dalam kemahiran elektrik mengenai bekerja dalam prosedur Elektrik Bertenaga.

5. Mengambil bahagian dalam sebarang penukaran yang diperlukan dan diminta oleh jurutera/ ketua syif.

**Kemahiran Lain / Tambahan**
- Keselamatan: Gunakan prosedur keselamatan khusus peralatan yang sesuai dengan teliti.
- Mencadangkan dan mengekalkan penambahbaikan keselamatan.
- Melaksanakan tugas mengikut keperluan keselamatan peralatan.
- Memahami bahaya mekanikal, elektrikal dan haba serta prosedur keselamatan yang berkaitan untuk set peralatan.
- Gunakan kaedah yang betul secara ergonomik untuk mengangkat dan mengendalikan peralatan dan komponen peralatan.
- Mengenali dan memahami penggunaan suis tutup kecemasan, interlock dan injap untuk mesin dalam kelompok/set peralatan.
- Mengendalikan gas reaktif, pelarut, gas bertekanan dan lengai pada tempat penggunaan, khusus untuk set peralatan.
- Telah menerima Latihan Keselamatan Elektrik dan memahami prosedur Kawalan Tenaga Berbahaya dan Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO).

**Pengetahuan Peralatan Semikonduktor Keseluruhan**
- Memaparkan pengetahuan sistem dan kawalan khusus untuk alat penyelenggaraan dalam set peralatan.
- Memastikan standard kualiti perkhidmatan sokongan atau penyelenggaraan dipenuhi.
- Lakukan penjajaran/pelarasan sistem mengikut spesifikasi.
- Jalankan monitor mesin standard.
- Memahami kesan pembolehubah peralatan terhadap proses.

**Kelayakan yang diperlukan**:

- Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam bidang Elektrik / Elektronik / Mekatronik / Mekanikal atau mana-mana Kejuruteraan lain atau bidang berkaitan.
- Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman bekerja dalam kapasiti yang sama serta graduan baru amat digalakkan untuk memohon.
- Calon mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, boleh bekerja dalam satu pasukan dan kebolehan belajar dengan cepat.
- Calon mestilah berumur 45 tahun ke bawah.
- Calon mesti memiliki pengangkutan sendiri.
- Calon mesti bersedia bekerja di Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
- Calon mesti boleh bekerja 12 jam syif berputar (Syif Siang & Malam)

**Job Requirement / Job Description**
- Recognize and react according to symptoms, alarm and/or error codes.
- Maintain equipment as certified from operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting classes.
- Participate as the experts in the implementation of equipment improvements, if applicable.
- Demonstrate proficiency in electrical skills regarding working within Energized Electrical procedures.
- Participate in any conversion needed and requested by engineer/ shift lead.

**Additional Skills and Expectations**
- Suggest and maintain safety improvements.
- Perform tasks according to equipment safety requirements.
- Understand the mechanical, electrical, and thermal hazards and the associated safety procedures for the equipment set.
- Recognize and understand the use of emergency shut off switches, interlocks and valves for the machines in the equipment cluster/set.
- Correctly handle reactive gases, solvents, pressurized and inert gases at point of use, specific to the equipment set.
- Has received Electrical Safety Training and understands Control of Hazardous Energies and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.

**Overall Semiconductor Equipment Knowledge**
- Display knowledge of system and controls specific to the maintenance tools in the equipment set.
- Ensure support or maintenance service quality standards are met.
- Perform system alignments/adjustments per specifications.
- Run standard machine monitors.
- Understand the impact of the equipment variables on the process.
