As an Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of specialized equipment used in the replication process. Your role will involve troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the equipment operates efficiently to meet production targets. You will work closely with engineers, operators, and other technicians to support the manufacturing process and maintain equipment reliability. Responsibilities and Duties - Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, including but not limited to spin coaters, aligner, coating chambers, curing ovens, and metrology tools. - Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions or performance issues and take appropriate actions to resolve problems in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. - Calibration and Testing: Perform calibration and testing of equipment to ensure accurate and reliable operation, following established procedures and maintaining appropriate records. - Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for assigned equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance. Schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn components. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history. Update maintenance logs and document any changes made to equipment settings or configurations. - Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other technicians to support production goals and address equipment-related issues. Provide technical assistance and training to operators as needed. - Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for equipment maintenance and repair. Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment Must have - Diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a maintenance technician or equipment technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or optics industry
