Waterplay Supervisor in ESCAPE Penang

Job Scope:

Supervise the attractions in Waterplay up to 30 staff
Conduct lifeguard training and update and maintain the personal training files of each staff
Plan and prepare the roster for Waterplay accordingly to ensure that sufficient manpower to run the park
Ensure that SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to
Constant monitoring of staff to ensure absolute safety of customers and staffs
Ensure that each ride attendant and lifeguards undergoes SOP and safety trainings for each attractions in Waterplay
Ensure that hygiene and grooming standards are maintained at a level
Liaise and work closely with other attractions supervisor and other department regarding status of rides, maintenance requirements and safety measures and plan and execute the park's opening and closing
Properly maintain and create records and documentations for Waterplay department which includes personal training files
Constantly look for ways to improve effectively and efficiency of department by suggesting improvements wherever needed
Carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensure that the park service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times
