Logistic Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate transportation activities for both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
  • Communicate with warehouse supervisors to ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that products are packed, sent, and delivered promptly.
  • Ensure timely and costeffective deliveries.
  • Quick response to situations like vehicle breakdown, stock delivery issues, and absence of the driver.
  • Collaborate with external carriers to optimize shipping routes
Fleet Maintenance

  • Service calls for proper maintenance of vehicles on time to ensure work runs smoothly.
  • Arrange and manage all repairs of vehicles as required, including urgent conditions during delivery.
Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate logistics staff.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Safety and Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to enhance overall logistics operations.
  • Proactively contribute to cost reduction initiatives.

Pay:
From RM3,500.00 per month
