Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.
  • Communication and Reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and issues and escalate them as needed.
  • Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor and track project issues and ensure timely resolution.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Support Senior Managers:

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and document key decisions and action items.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Chinese and English

  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a positive attitude.

Pay:
RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
