  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to patientcentered care and commitment to quality improvement.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training may be required based on the specific department or unit.
  • Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
