  • Keeping records relating to inventory and production levels.
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as a Baker/Pastry Chef.
  • Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced, production environment.
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastrymaking, baking, or relevant field is a plus.
  • Culinary school degree/diploma is a plus.
