Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing a team to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Manage schedules, deadlines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
  • Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to report progress and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements.

Pay:
