Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing a team to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors. - Oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards. - Manage schedules, deadlines, and resources effectively to meet project goals. - Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed. - Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications. - Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to report progress and address any issues promptly. Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment. - Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements. - Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
