  • 1 position at Cipta 1 Serenia, Sepang
  • Female below 30 and have pleasant personality
  • Minimum Diploma and 1 year relevant experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
  • Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure & able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Independent, meticulous and be selfinitiated

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the schedule and appointments. Besides, arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and screening phone call.
  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Checking and update staff attendance in the system and prepare attendance report.
  • Make arrangement for inter department meeting, arrange refreshment and booking for meeting and training room.
  • Any adHoc as required.

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
