HR Admin Assistant

Support on the Site Admin Purchasing activities - request quotation for comparison, raise purchase requisition and monitor on the purchase item delivery**.**:
- Maintain the office equipment and asset records. Conduct asset audit as per assigned.
- Maintain staff medical record.
- Maintain staff attendance, OT, Leave record.
- Data entry of Site Training records
- Support to the Receptionist when necessary
- Other administration job as when assigned.
- Office 5S activities
**Requirement**:
- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Minimum **1 - 2** years of working experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self motivation and ambition.
- knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.
- **5.5** weekly work days
- Willing to work at **KLIA Cargo Village, Sepang, Selangor.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
