**ACCOUNTS**

I. Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information ot accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.

II. Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.

III. Pay debts as they come due for payment, including necessary bils as well as supplier and vendor invoices.

IV. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.

V. Draw up monthly financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet) and present to the Board of Directors.

VI. Process company payroll.

VII. Ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner.

VIII. Manage the office petty cash fund.

IX. Track and maintain assets records and assets listing.

X. Maintain internal control system.

XI. Comply with relevant reporting requirements.

XII. Calculate, prepare and pay (upon approval) al monthly tax payments. Assist with budget preparation.

XIII. Assist with audits

XIV. Maintain complete filing system to support financial record.

**HUMAN RESOURCES**

i. Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, payroll administration, industrial relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matters.

ii. Timely processing of payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and ElS).

iv. Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal and etc.

v. Maintain Human Resources information system records and compiles reports from the database.

vi. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resources policies and procedures.

vii. Responsible ni administrative matters.

**Admin And Others**

I. Received and reviews incoming correspondence; prepare correspondence, letters and memos from hard copy using form letter, and/or drafting content as requested.

II. Receives telephone callers and visitors, using good judgment when referring individuals to other supervisors' staff or to other offices.

III. Arranges for meetings or correspondences, including space, time and participants.

IV. Maintain al fi the divisions' files following a logical system so that others are able to file and easily retrieve documents.

V. Maintain and upkeep office cleanliness.

VI. Any other tasks that are assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
