Human Resources Administrator

Human Resource
1) Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
2) Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and facilitating necessary paperwork.
3) Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
4) Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
5) Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
6) Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
7) Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Administrative
1) Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
2) Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
4) Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
5) Maintain office cleanliness and organization to create a conducive work environment.
6) Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
