**Position General Summary**

Manage the full spectrum of performance management activities, including goal-setting, mid-year, half year review and year-end appraisals, and calibration to optimise employee performance and potential.

**Key Challenges**:

- Strategic_
- Ensure KPIs of Management and Employees across MAHB are aligned with business goals
- Promote Continuous Performance Management System and Performance Base Culture in the company

- Manage the development and implementation of company wide performance management systems
- Develop and conduct training's and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised
- Manage organizational performance levels by exercising performance improvement plans to individuals, teams as and when necessary through systematic identification systems
- Conduct Effective Performance Conversation Program to ensure successful performance assessment
- Conduct KPI Audit to ensure the alignment between individual, Divisional and Corporate KPIs
- Providing ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes and individual performances and to identify and manage operational risks

- Knowledge sharing among the team members.
- Guide, coach and improve performance of each staff and grow their career with higher skill and competency.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Familiar in Employment Act, Malaysian Labor Law & Industrial Relation Act.
- Knowledge in SAP HR module is an advantage.
- Familiar in all areas of human resource functions, which include recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations performance management, Industrial relations, office administration, training & development

**Relevant Industries**:
**Internal**
- Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Senior Executive role
- Diploma with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Senior Executive role
- Certificate with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Senior Executive role

**External**
- Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience.

**Education**:
**Internal**
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in preferably with (Master degree would be an added advantage)

**External**
