Duties & responsibilities : HUMAN RESOURCES CUM ADMIN
- Process monthly salary including calculation and contribution of OT, COMMISSION, EPF, SOCSO, EIS,PCB(SQL PAYROLL)
- Knowledgeable about the Workers Act 1955
- Responsible for recruitment planning, student practicum, part-time workforce, benefits and employee performance management.
- Be responsible for the company's task management as stated by the company's top management such as welfare, advisory and counseling services.
- Responsible for ensuring that the company can operate well without any difficulties including ensuring that the company is in a neat and clean condition.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs to improve employee performance skills.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for document storage tasks (bank statements, invoices, copies of payment receipts, salary reports.)
- Responsible for and managing the company's utility bill payments, providing official invoices and receipts.
- Must report to the highest level of the company (CEO & COO of the Company) on every development in the activity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
