Human Resources Assistant

Handle recruitment process in job posting, selection and interview arrangement.
- Build talent pool and pipeline through social media, interact with external people and appropriately on the social media account.
- Handles monthly payroll by assisting to check staff attendance and claims submitted by Operations Teams
- Update records of claims, leaves, staff biodata and any data required by the Management
- Responsible for the management of Operation team's administrative documents.
- Prepare all HR-related letters/correspondences including employment letters, confirmation letters and other relevant correspondences
- Facilitate on-boarding process (procurement of laptops, preparation of access cards and merchandise)
- Perform all general office and administrative duties
- Provide administrative support, calendar management and meeting coordination to management and/or HODs
**Requirement**:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; open for fresh grads with HR internship experience
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
- Meticulous, organized and possesses a good team player spirit will be essential traits for this role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
