**Overview**:
As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This position requires a critical thinker with excellent communication and as well as a deep understanding of the recruitment process.

The Recruitment Partner is an individual contributor and will collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and oversee the entire hiring process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goals and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive and innovative approach to talent acquisition.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Participate in industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the company brand.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Generate & maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player whenever required.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
