我們的客戶是一家物業/購物中心管理公司。他們正在尋找一位經驗豐富的財務專業人士來領導雪蘭莪州雪邦辦事處的財務部門。
**職責**:
- 領導財務團隊有效率、專業地規劃、指導和協調財務運作,並遵守適用的法律和集團財務政策。
- 審查每月管理帳目並確保及時提交給控股公司和合資夥伴進行合併。
- 準備經審計的財務報表
- 監督收入、支出、頭寸控製文件和帳戶維護的批准和處理。
- 為所有管理決策提供財務建議/意見,並協助制定公司目標、策略和計劃以實現目標。
- 協調和分析財政和預算系統的控制、政策和程序。
- 協調年度內部和外部審計以及財務報表和所有其他審計補充財務計劃的準備。
- 準備和審查稅務計算、提交報稅表以及就稅務事宜與稅務代理人和當局聯絡。
**此人**:
- 馬來西亞男性或女性。
- 擁有會計或ACCA/CIMA學士學位。
- 6-8年物業/商場管理領域財務與會計組合工作經驗。
- 在 MFRS 和當地稅務法規方面擁有豐富的技術知識。
- 必須精通英語和馬來語(口語和書面)。
- 能夠駐紮在雪蘭莪雪邦地區。
- 專門從事商場或物業管理的經理優先。
