**Job Duties**

The ICT Business Partner (Cargo) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the ICT department and Cargo department. This role is responsible for understanding the strategic goals and operational needs of the business and aligning technology solutions to support and enhance those objectives. The ICT Business Partner (Cargo) serves as the primary point of contact between the Cargo department and the ICT department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Business Alignment
- Develop a deep understanding of the Cargo department's strategic goals, objectives, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Cargo department's leaders to identify areas where technology can drive business value and improvements.
- Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the business's short-term and long-term strategies.

2. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategic plan in alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technology trends and their potential impact on the business.

3. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with Cargo department and act as the trusted advisor on technology-related matters.
- Facilitate regular meetings and discussions between ICT and Cargo department leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

4. Project Management
- Oversee and coordinate ICT projects for Cargo department from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with developers and Cargo department to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Encompass a range of project management tasks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Ensuring that project objectives align with the organization's strategic goals.

5. Needs Assessment
- Work with business units to identify and prioritize their technology needs, ensuring that IT resources are allocated effectively.

6. Change Management
- Assist in change management efforts when implementing new technology solutions to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
- Provide training and support to help business units adapt to new technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of both IT and Cargo operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technology trends, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
