Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted standard accounting practice

  • Back charge to subcontractor/supplier according to Debit Memo from HR/Contract & Purchasing Department
  • To issue invoices to clients upon Certificate obtained
  • To input data into the internet banking system before payment made
  • To review all invoices for appropriate
  • To update subcontractor retention from time to time
  • To update LC/BA charges from time to time
  • To ensure subcontractor retention sum enter correctly into the record
  • To monitor Fixed Assets account with proper documentation and update the schedules from time to time
  • To update the COW allowances from time to time
  • To coordinate with SQL system person in charge from upgrading the system when needed
  • To perform any other related duties or ac hoc assignment as and when required b superior

Job Requirements

  • Min 35 years experience in construction industries
  • Experience in Main Contractor is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office. MS SQL Server
  • Able to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

Salary:
From RM3,500.00 per month
