We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Assistant Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Manager.

You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:

Job Descriptions:

  • To provide leadership and coordination of maintenance building management staffs allocated to a project and manages the performance of the team.
  • For ensuring delivery of agreed mechanical & electrical building performance targets for the defined project or projects.
  • To ensure adherence to all company management systems and licence conditions.
  • To manage all onsite interfaces and deconflict tasks and alleviate risks.
  • To ensure that all mechanical, electrical & building services activities on the project comply with all legal requirements.
  • To be proactively involved in supporting the Management throughout the duration of the project.
  • To provide maintenance and technical advice as required in the projects.
  • To ensure that mechanical & electrical risk assessments and safe systems of work submitted by contractors meet the requirements of the company management systems.
  • To undertake accurate reporting of all maintenance activities and issues which affect the progress and quality and which provide a reflection of the contractor's performance against the agreed contract programme.
  • To manage and coordinate the integration of the contractor design, manufacture and implementation packages of work as required by individual mechanical & electrical projects.
  • To maintain appropriate records of all work activities.
  • To ensure that mechanical & electrical contractors and their operatives comply with the approved design documentation and agreed Safe System of Work, together with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
  • To aid the early identification and notification of contract variances, ensuring they are fully recorded, to be processed through the project management team.
  • To respond to customer or contractor feedback.
  • To manage maintenance staff as required in support of project objectives.
  • Provide a daily safety inspection report for each of their projects.
  • To attend any emergency calls at the projects when needed.
  • Having a Chargeman certificate is an added advantage.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in building maintenance field is required for this position. Possess with own transport and willing to travel.
