Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are meet. 6. Initiate project for upgrading CRM and re-design of flow of communication between cross-functional teams. 7. Create a comprehensive educational PowerPoint presentation utilize to train other team members and resellers about products and services. 8. Lead BD team to manage internal resources and works collaboratively in a group setting to achieve shared results 9. Effectively communicates the value proposition and ROI of business products and services 10. Analyzes and elevates team performance by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results of the team members 11. Develop thorough knowledge of the company industry, products and services, as well as competitors. 12. Oversees overall marketing strategy and client development 13. Successfully executes client contracts from negotiation to close in adherence to related company policies and procedures 14. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 15. Build long terms relationships with new and existing customer
