Job description in the fruits and vegetables farm: Monitor and supervise the workers daily work programme
  • Order and purchase the equipment required
  • Order and purchase the fertiliser
  • Planning the manuring programme
  • Purchase the petrol and diesel and send to the farm Purchase the seedling, weeding and pesticide
  • Collect the old newspaper send to farm
  • Sending the vegetables to Rocana hotel
- Coordinate with the buyer of fruits ( e.g. coconut) and send the collection to hq office - Sending the equipment to repair and collect back - And other ad hoc works

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
