Responsibilities:
-
Create floral arrangements like bouquets, foliage and centerpieces.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flower arrangement for their events.
- Receive and process flower shipments, keep them fresh
- Maintain inventory levels
- Keep the shop
clean and organized. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, taking orders, and handling payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up with current floral trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings
- Create engaging content for our
social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos ( Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok )
Qualifications:
-
Experience in floral design is preferred but not required. Don't worry training will be provided.

Ability to work under minimum supervision:
- Good customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
