Responsibilities:

Assist the head florist in creating floral arrangements like bouquets, foliage and centerpieces.

Able to drive to run errands and deliver flowers to customer location:

  • Receive and process flower shipments, keep them fresh
-
Keep track of inventory levels:

  • Keep the shop
    clean and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, taking orders, and handling payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep up with current floral trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings
  • Create engaging content for our
    social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos ( Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok )

Qualifications:

-
Experience in floral design is preferred but not required. Don't worry training will be provided.

Ability to work under minimum supervision:

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Has driving license and can drive out for deliveries and errands
