**職責:**
- 為不同客戶處理全套帳戶,例如日本中小企業零售店、餐廳、房地產投資、IT等。
- 及時將會計輸入UBS會計軟體或客戶要求的其他會計軟體。
- 整理、歸檔和準備相關會計文件,如發票、銀行往來餘額調節表、固定資產清單等。
- 向上級澄清會計文件,並在需要時與客戶聯絡。
- 與公司秘書、稅務代理人和審計師聯絡。
- 執行SST報告並提交給海關。

**要求:**
- 候選人必須至少擁有金融/會計學士學位或同等學歷,或具有全部/部分專業資格,即 ACCA、CPA 或 ACA。
- 擁有1年會計領域工作經驗。鼓勵具有會計領域實習經驗並熟悉基本會計原理的應屆畢業生申請此職位。
- 優秀的時間管理以及口頭和書面溝通技巧。
- 專業的態度和嚴格的道德準則,能夠高度誠信地保守機密。
- 能夠同時處理多項任務並保持積極性和積極性。
- 致力於有效率、準確地工作。
- 能夠承受工作壓力,能夠在規定的時間內完成分配的工作。
- 注重細節。
