Knowledge of full sets of accounts.

  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Performance of accounting and general administrative duties.
  • Proper filling of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval
  • Good literacy in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Expert use of accounting software (Eg: MYOB, Tally, etc)
  • Able to multitask with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
  • Undertake any other specific task or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by Director.
  • Preparing form and documents related to agreement, authorization to be signed by director
  • Assisting senior office admin in performing various clerical duties such as filing, organizing, data entry, preparing reports and presentation.
  • At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
