Accounts Executive

Location:
Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya,Selangor

Your New Company


Is a leading provider of mega construction and engineering services and they are looking for an Accounts executive to join them.


Responsibilities

  • To handle billing, cash flow, invoicing, bank reconciliation and data entry in the accounting system
  • To handle full set of accounts; AR, AP, G/L, Payroll and responsible for monthly closing and reporting
  • Responsible for the accurate preparation of payroll inputs for new hires, termination and changes etc.
  • Providing endtoend payroll processing and ensures payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Preparation of monthly payroll, timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant statutory authorities e.g KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and any other withholdings
  • Facilitate all related submission for SST
  • Maintain proper filing system, ensure effective document control of all related finance and payroll records
  • Liaising with external auditors in preparation of audited accounts, tax agent, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc.
  • Work independently, liaise and communicate effectively on any query and/or relevant issues
  • Other administrative adhoc duties as and when required

Qualifications

  • Must have A minimum Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/ or any professional certificate in ACCA, CIMA etc.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in Accounting field/fresh graduates and experience lesser than 3 years will also be considered and encourage but a revised salary range will be offered based on experience and qualifications, etc.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year full set accounts working experience and must have knowledge on full sets of accounts/accounting.
  • Must have basic accounting knowledge
  • Must have good knowledge on Cashflow statement and cashflow management knowledge and experience
  • Preferably to have prior accounting experience in a construction or engineering or construction related company
  • Required knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Good communication skills and proficient in English and Malay language both in written and spoken
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team, selfmotivated with good working attitude

Salary Range
RM 3000 to RM4500
