Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Full Set of Accounts Management:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Generate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
**Bookkeeping**:
- Maintain orderly and accurate financial records.
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and proper documentation of expenses.
**Payroll Processing**:
- Administer payroll processes, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.
- Prepare and process payroll payments accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.
**Financial Reporting and Analysis**:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
**Compliance and Audit Support**:
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant financial documentation and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
