Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
  • Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
  • Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, annual appraisal.
  • Maintains human resource information records benefits and compiles reports responsible in HR administrative matters.
  • Review and update the organization charts, photo charts and function charts.
  • Leader to conduct & participate in company events birthday lunch, family days, festive celebrations, annual dinner, townhall meeting, trips and etc.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years HR experience.
  • Willing to learn to use sandmerits system for performance awarding.
  • Experienced in HRDC and ISO is an advantage.
  • Assessment of staff personality traits using 16 personalities or DISC is an advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
