Working under the guidance of the Senior Ambulance Manager, the Junior Ambulance Manager assists in coordinating ambulance activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations to deliver high-quality emergency medical services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and supervising ambulance staff, including paramedics and emergency medical technicians.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency.
  • Aid in coordinating ambulance deployments and schedules to optimize response times and coverage.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of ambulance crews, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and protocols governing ambulance services.
  • Assist in managing ambulance fleet maintenance and equipment inventory to ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities, emergency response agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless patient transfers and emergency response coordination.
  • Assist in budget management and financial planning for ambulance service operations.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and coordination efforts with local authorities and agencies.
  • Stay informed about developments in emergency medical services and contribute to implementing best practices for service improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification as a paramedic is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or emergency services field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of emergency medical services regulations, protocols, and operational procedures.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
