Main Duties:

  • Control and endorse necessary work permits for the project work and ensure that Orica's safety regulations, project safety plans, client safety and environment regulations are understood and followed by the contractor.
  • Responsible for all day to day supervision of activities at site related towards construction, installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Responsible to plan daily activities at site.
  • Responsible to achieve project progress as scheduled.
  • Responsible to provide daily/weekly progress report.
  • Ensure safety of all employees and contractors working at site by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety culture.
  • Good experience to handle manpower >20 nos at site.
  • Responsible to Material management at site.
  • Be able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience.
  • Commissioning duties for the Mechanical discipline.
  • Some experience in Electrical & Instrumentation work will be added advantage.
