We are seeking to hire a Facilities Supervisor to commence employment as soon as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To manage crews, ensure work assigned been attended promptly and update upon completion.
- Ensure safety of subordinate given priority whenever performing any maintenance works.
- Routine check on facilities, equipment good condition and emphasizes safety policy and compliance.
- Works closely with Facilities Manager on daily job task and schedule of maintenance works.
- Monitor contractors/vendors works, ensure work completion as per schedule and quality of work.
- Must be problem solver on technical related matters and willing work extra hours, on weekend for any special school event/ functions.
- Supervise all service providers work such security, cleaners, swimming pool, landscape and others.
**Other duties and responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with others to develop effective professional relationships with subordinate.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, transporter.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested/assigned as required by staff & teachers, especially regarding the classroom, facilities defect.
- Always follow the schools policies and procedures.
**Communication, marketing, and PR**
- To ensure professional and effective communication and consultation, as appropriate, between colleagues, parents and students at Asia Pacific Schools.
- Publicise and celebrate achievements.
- Assist with the organisation of open evenings, consultation events and other events relating to the school.
- To contribute to marketing activities for Asia Pacific Schools.

**OTHER EXPECTATIONS**
- Fully and positively participate in the schools performance appraisal scheme in order to develop and enhance personal and service performance.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested/assigned as required by SLT or Line Manager, especially with regard to the schools administrative functions.
- Ensure that school policies including those relating to Safeguarding, Race Equality, Equal Opportunities, Code of Conduct and Health & Safety are adhered to.
**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
