**Job Descriptions**:

- Overseeing the opening and closing procedures: _MOD for Opening: Arrive early, check production plan, inventory, assign tasks, _and monitor loading. MOD for Closing: Supervise closing, conduct final inventory check, and coordinate end-of-day tasks.
- Assist CK Supervisor to supervise production crew in daily productions.
- Check daily store/third party orderings and print out stores ordering sheet for the day.
- Coordinate with cold truck driver and production crew to ensure stocks are delivered to stores according to delivery schedule.
- Assist CK Supervisor to plan daily/weekly/monthly production schedule.
- Records daily production numbers in the necessary record files.
- Records daily wastage numbers in the necessary record files.
- Maintains daily communications with stores/third party to address any issues with stocks and ordering.
- Assist CK Supervisor to maintain product levels through purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
- Conducts daily inspections of all production stations of the facility to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Fills in when and wherever needed to ensure efficient production operations.
- Assist CK Supervisor to plan daily cleaning schedule and monthly deep cleaning schedule.
- Ensure compliance to FIFO system for stocks.
- Record daily stock count at the end of the day when production is finished.
- Record closing stock count for produced goods every end of the month.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Education Level: SPM/A-Levels.
- Attention to detail and good planning skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time.
- Ability to record, read and follow recipes.
- Knowledge of Central Kitchen machineries and equipment used for production.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to work with team members to solve problems.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willing to work for 6 days a week, Saturday & Sunday and Public Holiday.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month
