- 處理與在建、正在建造和已完成專案相關的銷售管理職能。
- 確保及時執行所有買賣協議和貸款文件。
- 與代理商/購買者/銀行家和律師協調 SPA 執行。
- 準備和發放累進帳單、提醒和收據。
- 監控/確保及時計費和收款。
- 與買家、銀行家和律師跟進貸款文件狀態。
- 確保正確歸檔和更新資訊的準確性。
- 以禮貌和專業的方式處理買家/律師的詢問和疑慮。

**要求**:
- 擁有商業研究、行政、管理專業證書/文憑/高級、高級或研究生文憑和/或同等學士學位持有者。
- 至少2年房地產開發工作經驗。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- HDA 方面的知識將是一個額外的優勢。
- 擅長微軟辦公室軟體。
- 優秀的溝通和分析能力。
- 以結果為導向,獨立並能夠在團隊中工作。
- 流利的英語、華語和馬來語。
