Raising and invoice processing.

  • Processing expense requests.
  • Credit control.
  • Cash book maintenance.
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Banks reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Basic administration.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Responsibilities

  • To assist Finance Manager & Director in matters to finance and accounting of the group of companies.
  • Ideal person with a proven record of strategic thinking, written and verbal skills.
  • Analytic skills to link financial results to operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with accounting system (Auto Count).
  • Ability to communicate issues and defend position.
  • Quick learner and problem solver.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in full set account is an added advantage.
  • Computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Excellent in language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Good team player, selfmotivated, confident, energetic and creative.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:

RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
