**Human Resource**
- Assist in manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Assist in develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Assist in manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assist in ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assist in provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains and filing human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Assist CFO in preparing Human Resource SOP

**Administration**
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Update office policies as needed
- Learn and must be familiar with administrative system and business license and related
- Monitor office cleanliness and upkeep.

**Responsibilities**
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
- Proven leadership experience and partner relationship management.
- Ability to communicate issues and defend position.

**Requirements**:

- Computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Excellent in language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Good team player, self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in **Prima Selayang, Batu Caves.**:

- Full-Time positions available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
