Job Desciption:

  • To be responsible for the daytoday operations of the full HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, payroll and training
  • To be responsible in the implementation and execution of the HR strategies, policies and practices
  • To prepare any letter or memos regarding the company rules and regulations, or for any upcoming events
  • To coordinate on job training, in house and public training if required.
  • To assist in the matters pertaining to medical, leave, overtime and claim.
  • To liaise with all respective Government Authorities for instance Labor Dept, Industrial Relations Dept, Immigration Dept, Embassy, HRDF, EPF, SOCSO and etc. if required.
  • To handle for monthly payroll, statutory and preparation of monthly reports
  • To handle the welfare and the benefit of the staff
  • To update the employee data in the system and compile, update and maintain employee records in the employee personal file
  • To conduct the Custodian Audit twice a year
  • To monitor the attendance of the staff every day
  • To handle the Admin work (General housekeeping, office supplies, uniforms, access cards and ensuring documents are filed correctly)
  • To responsible in handling other administration tasks assigned by the management, for instance hostel, transportation, canteen, 5S Improvement Project, Safety and Health activities, company trip, annual dinner and etc.
  • To perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Required skill: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written skill) with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1971 and Labour Act.
  • Knowledge in HR2000 Payroll system is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skill, selfmotivated and able to motivate others.
  • Possesses good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of employees
  • Enjoys meticulous work
  • Possess right sense of urgency, must be accurate and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgement when handling sensitive issues
  • Proactive and a good team player
  • Good presentation skill
  • Possess a valid driving license
