A) Primary Job Scope

  • Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
  • Oversee technical implementation.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
  • Training Operation Executive responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
  • Training Coordinators are responsible in assisting for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

B)
Duties & Responsibilities (Regularly Performed Duties)

  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
  • Plan and implement training programs to address competency gaps.
  • Coordinate and provide support for internal and external training programs.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring the company's training budget.
  • Ensure training records are uptodate at all times and prepare training reports when necessary.
  • Provide support on other areas of training when required and assist in adhoc projects/ initiatives when necessary
  • Provides guidance and direction on training policy and adherence
  • Develops and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
  • Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.

Job Specification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • At least 1year experience in training field or relevant experience.
  • Computersavvy, with experience using databases and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a team player.
  • Exceptional people skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Independent, tactful and possess a high level of integrity.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia language; with strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under minimum supervision and desire to be part of a performancedriven team.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
