Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle and monitor the receipt and issuance of finished goods and responsible for proper storage, identification and preservation of finished goods prior delivery.
  • To ensure that all finished goods received are inspected prior to acceptance to warehouse and to report on discrepancies arising from receipt of items from production to the QC Executive. To sign on Temp. Delivery Order to acknowledge receipt and note any discrepancies found in the Temp. Delivery Order.
  • Identify storage space for proper storing of finished goods, plan and ensure the optimal utilization of storage space and to ensuring that the finished goods are properly stored and arranged in an orderly manner for easy retrieval and use including ensuring that finished goods are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes and nonconforming items are segregated and properly identified.
  • Responsible for the issuance of finished goods, ensuring inspection carried out before upon picking and prior loading to container and to monitor the movement of finished goods stock via a proper stock recording system.
  • To update and maintain stock records and ensures that regular stock checks are made and that inventories are maintained at agreed level and coordinate for the request for spare parts replenishment, when required.
  • To conduct stock check as assigned by the management.
  • Responsible for the security of warehouse.
  • Work with Logistic on shipping and delivery and arrangement of container.
  • Assist in packing, lifting, loading and unloading of goods and oversee packing items for shipping and delivery.
  • To assist Logistic / Admin in solving problems arising within warehouse & store.
  • To ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • To carry out any other jobs assigned by the Logistic Executive and Management.
  • Assist in preparing Delivery Order and Performa Invoice for shipment and transportation of product to client's premises.
  • Monitor international and local shipment schedule to ensure on time delivery.
  • Follow through and liaise with internal & external party to resolve all export/ import operations issue timely.
  • Filling and maintenance of proper and orderly logistics/ warehouse.

Competency Requirements

  • SPM/ STPM/ Pre-U/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • At least 35 year of working experience in Logistic/Inventory/Material/Warehouse management or equivalent.
  • Trustworthy and Independent.
  • Computer literate.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
