Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of management experience in HR.
- Solid understanding of labour legislation.
- Possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
- Positive and expert in stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Energetic personality, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, mature and able to work independently.
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and related HR software programs.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), Mandarin will be additional advantage.
- Possess own transport and able to travel when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters, and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.

2. Responsible to coordinating the recruitment process including presenting the interview session by liaising with the hiring manager to ensure it is accordingly to the company budget.

4. Managing foreign worker administrative job such as register/renew/terminate FWCMS, Insurance, process of visa for cancellation or endorsement, arrange for FOMEMA Check-up and etc.

5. Monitor and track closely all passport renewal to ensure passports are renewed and available for visa renewal.

6. Monitor and track closely all visas for renewal purpose and to ensure visas are renewed in a timely manner before expiring (Myeg / e_PLKS).

7. Responsible for key in data to Microsoft Excel and ensure data accuracy. Must be proficiency in Microsoft Excel in advance level.

8. Update, scan & save in the system the passport and permit & employment pass accordingly for all foreign workers & expatriates.

9. To be in charge of the logistics movements of the production employees such as transportation, accommodation, clinic / hospital arrangement, bank and etc.

10. To handle in filling and making proper record for foreign workers attendance, Leave (vacation) Mc, Absent, Resignation, Inventory Requisition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
