Operation
1. To carry out day-to-day operations and improve retail’s performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customer awareness and staff development
2. To lead & assist the Branch Head in managing and prevail retail operation functions and performances; involving duties as a shop assistant, opening and closing of shop, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, and stock receipt reports as well in sales reports
3. Assist in controlling the outlet’s operating expenses and billings
4. Communicate and coordinate with other departments and PICs in ensuring the smooth execution and high level of quality for all operation activities of the outlet
5. Identifies, recommends, and implements systems to minimize loss of merchandise, money, or company assets and reports to the relevant person in charge
6. Ensure & improve staff performance & productivity

Sales and Marketing
1. Assist in monitoring the outlet’s sales performance and drive the team to achieve the sales target
2. Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correctly labelled and up to the Company’s standard practice

Inventory
1. Monitor and handle housekeeping and the ordering process of retail stocks
2. Planning, coordination, recording and process control of incoming & outgoing stock; including preparation of stock report, stock conditions and expiry details

Talent Acquisition & Management
1. Ensure sufficient manpower for retail by working actively alongside HR on recruitment
2. Scheduling and planning for sufficient manpower for daily operation
3. Oversee the staff’s activities and work performance within their assigned area
4. Assist in providing on-the-job training for new and existing staff as required

Administration & Ad-hoc
1. Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and operational guidelines
2. Report to Branch Head or Management on progress and issues
3. To ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness and effective display of merchandise and outlet as a whole

Customer Service
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; and being actively involved in handling customers’ enquiries, complaints and issues
Provide solutions to customers

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field are required for the positions.
3. Proven experience in retail sales and operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin speakers will be an added advantage.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
7. Willing to work 6 days per week and able to work on weekends & Public
Holidays.
