Responsibilities:

Flair Bartending:

  • Demonstrate expertise in flair bartending, adding a visually entertaining element to the beverage presentation.
  • Create and execute unique and engaging drink presentations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Coffee Handling:

  • Possess indepth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods.
  • Expertise in operating and maintaining coffee equipment, ensuring the quality and consistency of every cup.

Menu Development:

  • Develop and curate a diverse and appealing menu for both coffee and alcoholic beverages.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative and seasonal offerings.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Address customer inquiries, preferences, and special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Quality Control:

  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality control for all beverages served.
  • Regularly evaluate and refine processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in food and beverage service.
  • Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.

Training and Development:

  • Train and mentor junior baristas and staff in coffee handling techniques and presentation skills.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Barista with a minimum of 3 years in highend hotels or bars.
  • Demonstrated flair bartending skills with a portfolio of creative drink presentations.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Track record of successfully creating and implementing menu settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and customercentric environment.
  • Certification in bartending or related fields is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
