**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a committed, proactive bar leader who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The bar leader will promote and grow the business, hire and train new staff, and ensure that patrons are receiving excellent drinks on time. You will also manage inventory and resources, plan promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain and create staff schedules, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Preparing drinks, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
- Packaging food and beverages for online sale.
- Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- To take up any other duty from time to time, by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
- Above 28 years old
- More than 5 years’ experience as barista

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
