**職位描述:**
- 深入了解我們的公司、產品/服務及其獨特的銷售主張,以便為客戶提供明智的回應。
- 透過電子郵件和電話及時、專業地處理客戶的入站詢問。
- 主動聯繫客戶以澄清訊息、解決疑慮並回答問題。
- 分析客戶需求並根據其規格製定綜合報價。
- 跟進客戶對公司商業提案的回應和回饋,與業務發展經理或業務發展主管討論後修改和回應客戶期望的差異。
- 準確且有效率地處理採購訂單,確保所有資訊正確完整。
- 協調和管理所有行政和訂單處理文件。
- 驗證訂單詳細信息,包括客戶資訊和付款方式,以避免錯誤。
- 準備並向營運團隊發出工作訂單,密切監控進度以確保及時交付。
- 準確及時地保存所有銷售交易的準確記錄、修改和開立發票。
- 準備和監控收集報告以確保及時報告。
- 編制和分析銷售報告,供財務和管理部門每月審核,提供可行的見解。
- 與銷售主管/業務開發主管合作,不斷改進流程和程序,優化效率和獲利能力。
- 遵守既定的政策、準則和標準作業程序,以維持卓越的營運和卓越的客戶服務。
- 履行主管或管理層指派的其他職責。

**資格和技能:**
- 任何相關領域的學士學位或文憑。
- 至少 1 年相關領域經驗。
- 阿拉伯語、馬來語和英語的書面和口語流利。
- 優秀的組織和時間管理能力。
- 計算機知識。
- 較強的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與客戶和同事建立融洽的關係。
- 根據中東地區的要求,靈活並適應工作時間的潛在變化。
