Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily online sales activities on Company's ecommerce platforms, Shopee, Lazada.
  • Conduct analysis and research of the latest ecommerce trends.
  • Process customer order and handle product delivery and returns.
  • Support marketing plans and activities.
  • Manage customer feedback and inquiries promptly as well as responding to complaints professionally.
  • Organize and keep proper record filing of necessary documents and conduct data entry works.
  • Assist with general office functions including timekeeping, filling, typing documents and letters.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management Team from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On job training will be provided
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Office and experience in Ecommerce work.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and able to work independently.
  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
