Job Summary:

As an Auditor Outlet for Kopi Saigon, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of all our outlets nationwide.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all outlets comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and requirements established by our headquarters.

This position requires extensive travel and the ability to assess operations critically, ensuring consistent quality and performance across all locations.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Audits:

  • Regularly visit all Kopi Saigon outlets to perform comprehensive audits.
  • Evaluate compliance with SOPs and HQ requirements.
  • Identify areas of noncompliance and assess operational performance.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate detailed audit reports highlighting findings and areas needing improvement.
  • Create performance reports for each outlet, summarizing audit results.
  • Document instances of noncompliance and recommend corrective actions.

Issue Notices:

  • Send official notices to outlets failing to meet compliance standards.
  • Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Develop SOPs and Manuals:

  • Collaborate with the HQ team to create and update SOPs and operational manuals.
  • Ensure all outlets are equipped with the latest guidelines and procedures.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to outlet staff to improve compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Offer guidance on best practices and company standards.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Suggest improvements to current processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and incorporate relevant practices into the company's SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in auditing, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs and compliance requirements in the food and beverage sector.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,100.00 per month
